Founder

Richard Smith

Guitarist Richard Smith is a multi award winning composer/songwriter / producer who has garnered 3 Emmy's, for his work in documentary film. As a sideman he has weathered world tours as guitarist for Supergroups such as Earth Wind & Fire, Kenny Loggins, and Air Supply

As a session guitarist , he has recorded on countless records including those by artists Aretha Franklin, Lynyrd Skynryd as well as records by the great record producer Jerry Wexler of Muscle Shoals fame. His commercial clients include: Coca Cola, CNN, Budweiser, Nissan, Pizza Hut, IBM, Superstation TBS, Bellsouth.

As music director and show producer, his strategic partnering has resulted in the continued development of acts and event concepts for the concert industry that have produced market leaders & top grossers for corporate, casino and concert markets nationwide.

Legal

Drew Jackson

Originally Drew hails from North Miami Beach Florida, as a transplant he graduated from Mercer Law school in Atlanta, Drew is an Entertainment attorney and Producer for film and television. He has produced shows/pilots for TLC/Discovery, A & E, Tru TV.

Currently developing projects in reality/scripted tv, and motion pictures.

Technical

Mark Jenkins

Mark has wizard skills in all things technical. Having owned & operated his own sound & lighting company LPA productions LLC in Los Angeles, Mark Joined SMG in 2010 , In addition to assisting clients, he continues to be the number # 1 house sound engineer on call for The Tabernacle a mid-size concert hall in the city of Atlanta.

The Tabernacle has been a venue for notable acts, including Guns N' Roses, The Black Crowes, Fergie, Adele, Robbie Williams, Alice in Chains, Bob Dylan, Prince & The New Power Generation and Atlanta's own Sevendust, among others

Project Manager

Michelle Ferraro

With a background in the Insurance industry relative to the music industry, Michelle is more than skilled at large scale logistics. She has traveled all over the US and worked in various offices and capacities before settling down in Atlanta. Otherwise known in the office as the networker, Michelle's charm and willingness to talk to anyone and everyone has been key to building our large local client base.

Originally from Macon Ga, Shanna graduated with her Bachelors having studied business administration at Los Angeles city college before returning back to her native Georgia . She joined the SMG team in 2010.
